Step 1 - Application & Profile
You will be asked to complete an application form and compatibility profile to assess your alignment to Liv Eat's culture, values, work style and competencies.
Step 2 - The Numbers
Successful applicants will be provided with a cashflow template to assist them: A) To understand how a Liv Eat business works, and; B) Build out a cashflow so they understand breakeven and ROI
Step 3 - Meet the Team
You will get to meet the team. This is where you get to ask all the questions you can so you can build out a cash flow, with clarity on how the business operates.
Step 4 - Due Diligence
To complete your due diligence, you will be provided with:
-Draft Franchise Agreement, Disclosure Document & Franchising Code of Conduct;
-A list of franchisees and site visits;
-Finance Broker introduction (optional)
Step 5 - Meet the CEO
After completing your due diligence, now is the time to meet our CEO. Our CEO will sign off on everything completed by you to date and award you with the right to open a Liv Eat franchise.
Step 6 - Franchise Agreement
You are now ready to be part of the team. You will be asked to complete our Request for Information document so we can draw up your Franchise Agreement.

1. WHY BUY A FRANCHISE?
Starting a new business is hard, approximately 50% fail within 5 years. The Liv-eat franchise model enables you to invest in a business that has a proven track record, mature business processes, procedures and systems in place.
2. DO I NEED PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE?
Our concept is easy to run with no qualifications of food experience necessary. Although food experience would be great, by following our systems along with our training we believe anyone could open a franchise.
3. WILL I RECEIVE ADEQUATE TRAINING?
A key ingredient in any Liv-eat franchise is to have well-trained operators. All franchisees must partake in an intensive training program. The precise length of time will depend on your experience and learning capabilities.
4. AM I GOING TO LIKE IT?
At Liv-eat we understand that buying a franchise is a big decision that requires serious consideration. For this reason, Liv-eat offers a ‘No Strings Attached Program’ that allows you to work in one of our stores for 2 days. After which you will have a better understanding of what it is like. This program is only offered to applicants who have passed the initial phases of the application process.
5. HOW MUCH WILL IT COST ME?
All applicants should have access to funds ranging from $350k – $750k depending on the size of the site and its current condition.
